Please keep this in mind that our artists can always change the artwork until you feel 100% satisfied. We guarantee the quality of OSOQ caricatures and animations. If you're not satisfied with the quality due to an error on the part of OSOQ, you can always exchange your caricature after our confirmation. The exchange caricatures or animations must be the same person's photo you submitted to us.

 

For special design orders, we will send you a preview design before the final file. If you would like to make any changes, we will do it for you for free. But, please note that your modification request can NOT be different from your original design request. Otherwise, it may be considered as a new design order and be charged an additional design fee.

Return & Exchange Policies

 

Usually NO returns are accepted on our caricature & animation orders, but, in some case, we'll send you 50-100% money back, if your order have been cancelled.


If you don’t like your drawings due to an error on the part of OSOQ, you can exchange it after our confirmation. Please e-mail OSOQ at support@osoq.com within 24 hours after your caricature's receipt. After confirming it, we’ll reproduce your caricature within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned caricature with no additional charge.

 

Please note that we will keep your order information in 30 days. Your design or modification request will be cancelled after 30 days automatically, and we will not be able to refund your payment or to do the design modifications. After you place or receive your order, please contact our Customer Support immediately by email.
