100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Please keep this in mind that our artists can always change the artwork until you feel 100% satisfied.

We guarantee the quality of OSOQ caricatures and animations. If you're not satisfied with the quality due to an error on the part of OSOQ, you can always exchange your caricature after our confirmation. The exchange caricatures or animations must be the same person's photo you submitted to us.

Return & Exchange Policies

Usually NO returns are accepted on our caricature & animation orders, but, in some case, we'll send you 50-100% money back, if your order have been cancelled.

If you don’t like your drawings due to an error on the part of OSOQ, you can exchange it after our confirmation. Please e-mail OSOQ at service@osoq.com within 24 hours after your caricature's receipt. After confirming it, we’ll reproduce your caricature within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned caricature with no additional charge.
