How to order?
While submitting your order, you must provide photos. Photos are the
main materials for our artists to customize and design your
caricature,so front view photos in near future with clear facial
features are essential to produce a caricature with a higher
resemblance of you. Please read
photo specification for more information.
Questions while ordering?
* I have difficulty in placing an order.
If you have problems placing an order, please contact us and supply
following information: Your Operating System; Your Browser type and
version; Name of your Internet Service Provider. Please include any
detailed description of the problem you experienced and system or
error messages appeared, which will allow us to solve the problem.
* Can I cancel order after submitting?
We work hard to process your order quickly. It’s impossible to
cancel your order once you place them, because the product may be on
its way by the time we receive a cancellation request.
* Why is my order cancelled?
On occasions, we cancel customer orders for the following reasons:
1. If the billing address you use at OSOQ don’t match the billing
address on your credit card, we cancel your order for security.
2. If the photo you send does not accord with production, for
instance: It is not clear, we will cancel your order and send a
cancellation notice to the e-mail address you used when you placed
the order. OSOQ will 100% refund your payment for the cancelled
item(s). |
