2. How to order? - Please contact us first by email

3. Production time: - Your order will be done in 3-5 business
days. If you need your order to be done faster than 5
business days, please email to let us know. We may
charge additional fees for rush orders. 4.
About the file format: * We will send your pictures by
email. We do not offer paper print files. But, we will
provide you the high resolution (300 dpi) large size
digitized pictures can satisfy your print purposes.
* You can go to your local print center to do the printing,
and this is the cheaper and faster way to do it.
5. About large size picture options:
* A4 (11.6 x 8.20 inch / 29.7 x 21.0 cm / resolution: 300
dpi) +$4.50 (Best for portrait printing)
* A3 (16.5 x 11.7 inch / 42.1 x 29.7cm / resolution: 300
